I have had this crazy ideas for a long time now

I call it bid for SubSim.

Eichhörnchen paint some motive and we the other members place bid on them.

Not all of them at once but one at the time.

75 % Goes to SubSim and 25 % goes to the artist - Eichhörnchen

Great idea, Markus but it would contravene the rules of Subsim. Anyway I don't paint at all these days - I haven't done so for over a year now since retirement. I try to keep my life as simple as possible now

I recently found a few of my old paintings on eBay; this one is only about 7x5 inches. I have to stress that I won't make a penny from showing these ads - I sold the paintings to a dealer many years ago but it's kind of nice to see them still changing hands for cash
