Eye Patch Problem

Hey all!
I'm not sure if this should be in the Workshop section but I'll go on.

Recently I've experienced the missing eye bug and the Eye Patch has solved it. However the fix has presented another problem and I've seen some people have it as well but saw no solution.
Whenever I click on the helmsman, sonar/radioman, the camera focuses on their feet rather than their heads. I tried only running with the Eye Patch in case it wasn't conflicting with any of the other mods and the problem is still there.

Problem seems to be somewhere in the MARINE.dat file. I've tried running with the Stock patch and the RFB patch (which contains another file) and seems like the problem is within the MARINE.dat file.
So I'm wondering if there's a fix?
