Default Widescreen Mod by Rubini

Hello,
I got a new Mitsubishi widescreen yesterday,
and played SH3 with the Widescreen Mod but it did not work.
I use ATI HD4870x2, so please advise me how to solve the problem.
Awaiting replies, thanks.

It only ever worked with nVidia cards.

Good morning,
I know it, I forgot to write that yesterday.
Therefore I'm looking for the solution of the "stretch problem" on ATI card.

Sorry guys,

but it also works with my Radeon X1650!

Although still tested with a 4:3-CRT the instruments are clearly formed like an egg and the ships are much more narrow and shorter than in the original game.

I never had the oportunnity to test the WS mod on an ATi card...but what you will have using 4:3 aspect is exactly what you described Blueduck! All the 3d dials will be like an egg (oval), the crew will appears elongated in its vertical...then when you put this in a WS monitor you can undestand what you will have: a correct image, now in WS aspect!

If there's no mod for ATI cards, I would like to play SH3 on windowed mode.
But the resolution is fixed (1024 x 768) and the window seems small...
so anyone please advise me how to change the resolution and to enlarge the window.
Awaiting your replies.
