well
i finaly figure out using my tv for the monitor if i play recomended resolution everything was cut off on the bottom and sides on nvidia control panel click on desktop size and position then click on size then go to enable desktop resizing click on resize then adjust the sliders to make everything fit now when i fire sh5 up on the recomended resolution i can see everything no more guessing where everything was
