Crash
Los Angeles citizens with vastly separate lives collide in interweaving stories of race, loss and redemption. This is an interesting movie and there's not many of them about these days, no CGI, no Super Heroes and definitely no stepping over dead bodies in their thousands with this film. I did find some of the scenarios a bit simple and some probably unrealistic too but as I've never been to the USA I cannot say with certainty if these events would happen or not. It was an enjoyable watch and I didn't think once of fast forwarding some parts or even turning it off as I watched events unfold, pretty remarkable for a movie with such a low budget. Movie Rating 6.5\10

A highly regarded War movie. I would've liked to post the full movie but the only copy I could find was from a website I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole.

Tonight there is the classic film Das Boot in the TV version from 1981 with a length of almost 300 minutes. But I'll only treat myself to the first DVD.
