Default What's this maneuver?

I was fortunate to get a contact report while I was close enough to investigate. Here is what radar is showing. What is going on? (is that what happens when a task force tries to change course in SH2?)

Thanks.

Indeed. Groups in SH2/DC are very prone to getting into a mess when they try to change direction. The AI for station-keeping is pretty poor.

For example, if a ship finds itself too far ahead, instead of just slowing down to let the rest catch up, it'll do a full circle, usually causing collision detection to throw the convoy into a shambles.
