[REL] Sort of IX Boat 1943 Loadout

this one has a new loadout to reflect the torps used in 43.

Added this as well...it is for 1944...same specifications as 43 and b4 but with 44 torp loadout. LUTII + VII Acoustic torps

Somebody asked for all steam torps..so here it is...not wise to have steam torps in rear so didnt apply them.
