as always if u install new mod list or other mod u need to start a new campaign or u must have a fresh SH5 install ....and now strait to the point if u wanna use fifi's mod list u need a fresh SH5 and start a new campaign ....but this mod list really outdated so i suggest u to play with TWoS mega mod which on is really updated ....u can find TWoS here

PS. Before enable this mod READ ALL TWOS DOCUMENTATION PLS
