Totaly Off Topic: registration

I know this is very very off topic but for some reasons only here I can post without registering.

The problem is I want to register to this forum but after an intensive searching I wasn't able to find any page/link that leads to registration

Can someone post me a link if registration is posible.

I think the designer who put those tiny gray menus among lots of advertisements must be genius
I have evolved an instinct of some sort that tells me not pay attention at the shiny gifs scatered around web pages :P
