animated lifeboats (rafts, lifeboats)

Hello.

I was looking for any possible mods that added animated life rafts or lifeboats. This can just range from the men inside to the lifeboat/life raft moving on itself (Onealex mod style)

Just asking so I can just make a new mod selection folder for SH3
(Deeply sorry for any spelling issues, I was in a rush)
