Not long back from the local Lidl store and was a little surprised to find they were out of TP (not that we needed any) and gutted the only item on the shopping list I couldn't source was the wifes wine.

Looks like lt's off to ASDA tomorrow then.

@ CW... thanks, mate... you say the nicest things. It's gone onto a print publisher's page alongside Darl Legg's latest... I couldn't ask for more than that. I reckon he's about the best aviation artist in the world right now

@ Jim... no, it was commissioned by aviation author Adam Lunney; he wanted a painting of one of the RAAF combats described in his last book "First To Strike"... we collaborated closely to make sure it was as accurate as possible

He's just released another book about the RAAF called "We Together" but the poor guy had to cancel the launch signing last month because of the lockdown
