TBT Optical Zoom
Any way to have the TBT do an optical zoom?
Seems fixed. Maybe it requires an edit of a file? If so which file? Thanks |

take care as to which optical mods you apply because the mod will correspond to the game+modlist you are playing. this is one way to screw up your install. good luck.

Just so you know: In WW2 there was no zoom. The device involved a standard set of binoculars attached to a frame The Germans had to hand-carry it below. The Americans left it permanently mounted in a waterproof box.

Yeah, completely science fiction, but if you want to give other zoom levels to UZO, i think it’s in Data/Library/Camera.dat that you open with S3D, and find UZO and its specifications. You can add more zoom levels.

I see. Seems weird that both periscopes had zoom during WWII and the TBT didn't but I'll leave it alone for the realism.

You can’t zoom with binoculars. Well in 1940 you can’t
