Default When the indictment is a secret

One of Denmarks former Minister of Defence has been charged with violating section 109b. Because in an interview he persuaded himself and told about a collaboration with another country. This happened in 2021 and it is only now that the Attorney General has decided to bring charges against the former Minister of Defense.

In order to convict him in court, his immunity needs to be waived. The problem is .... the Danish parliament that has to vote on his possible fate-Can not find out what he is accused of-Only that he has violated section 109b.
As a result, several MPs have pledged to vote against the waiver of his immunity

Here it's more about it in English(found an article)

Quote:
Danish media have speculated that the case could be linked to allegations that Denmark’s foreign secret service helped the US spy on European leaders, including the former German chancellor Angela Merkel
