does any one know if there is a mod with the use of PT-boats as AI and Player?

sorry that was a mod for Destroyer Command. I am looking to play PT-Boats. So I was wondering if any one knows of a mod for that.

Thanks.

One quick mod you can make yourself is to change the *.udf file entries for the small combatants as follows:

[PROPULSION]
Type = STEAMTURBINE ;was DIESEL

Change only the line Type = DIESEL to Type = STEAMTURBINE; leave the other lines in [PROPULSION] alone. You can do this for the following units:

NLCDaihatsu
Nlclct
Nlclcvp
Nlcusa
NMLNasami
NMSElan
Nmsw13
Nmsw17
Npcs100
NPCs38
Npthdml
Nptmtb
Nptt1
Nptt31

Apparently UbiSoft intended to model different propulsion types but they never got around to it. It appears the game only recognizes steam plants (a real man's propulsion plant!) for player controlled ship units. If you include a unit with a Type = DIESEL in a scenario as a player controlled unit the game will crash. Be aware that these units were never meant to be player controlled and that some of them have some weird F3 views.

Best of Luck...
