AOTD Standing Orders - Who knows the author?

Has anyone of you used this?

Who knows the author KaptnU49@aol.com ?

For many months I have tried to get his permission to use parts of the standing orders in Sh3Gen, but no response. So I assume he has gone MIA.

look in Organisation -> Map and roster there are some emails address

However the person you're looking for is listed as MIA in the "Featured aces" section :

Hans Abbadon, (A-4)
Well known former Coordinator, Chief Archivist of all Uboot communications and head of Ubootschule West. Author of Der Ubooter's Guide.
