Assisted Plotting Mod?

There's a thread for an "assisted plotting mod" - this was a great mod in SH3, and now that I've moved to the Pacific I'd like to use the SH4 version. Unfortunately, the file is no longer posted on the site linked in Observer's original thread. Does anyone know of an active site that hosts this mod?

dmlavan, I'm not sure if I can help, but I have just uploaded my revised High Realism Tutorial that is compatible with the changes made by the SH4 1.4 patch. You can download this PDF formated lesson with an accompaning Worksheet at this FileFront site:

Good tutorial. However, the mod I 'm looking for reduces the amount of info presented when you have "no map update" un-checked, i.e. it simulates having some watchstanders who plot, but does not tell you the contact is a small old split freighter when it's still 10nm away.
