Ratings not working for some

Hey Neal

The thread rating seems to be broken for some.

I go to some threads like for example the "Thank you Ubisoft!" and try to rate to get the one star rating up a bit and it says I have already rated the thread, which I haven't.

Yep, it's a broken part of vBulletin, I have asked them about it but they are ignoring me.
