Need help finding a mod

I saw something on the forums a couple weeks ago about a mod that shows Germany's Enemies on the F1 screen (i think). I have searched here and filefront, but cant find anything close. The problem is, I dont have the correct name to search.

Man, I hope I didnt just dream that up because my face will be

, but if there is a mod like that, please point me in the right direction.
