Sure, and you can do it yourself.

Open the basic.cfg file. Scroll down to where you see a list of compartments, an equal sign, and some decimal fractions. .01, .02, .004. It's in the first quarter of the file. Change all those decimals to .0001.

There will be two compartments corresponding to your berthing (compartment 6 & 7, I think), and they will have negative numbers. -.1, I believe. Change that to -1.0; I've had it up to -5.0 without any adverse affects, but don't press your luck.

Gear up. I still swap crew members around, just because I'm psychotic like that, but I have absolutely no need to. I avoid anything under 32x compression, and that certainly helps. If you like using 16x compression a lot, then just change your crewmen around whenever you get the chance.

game\data\cfg path if you're looking for the basic.cfg file. Also, Sh3 Commander will do this for you with the click of a button.

If you have & are using SH3Commander... it is there, in the options menu... setting it up so that the crew, suffer no fatigue at all.

Not very realistic, but then... 3, does NOT have the crew menu set to where there are crew shifts... so you, as their skipper, have to handle that... yourself.

In the RUB 1.43 mod theres a Basic1x file for players that play the game at 1x speed, its for fatigue. i use this file only for the reason to have no fatigue. Dont knw if your using the RUB mod but if you do not wish too, you could still DL the mod and grab the Basic1x.cfg out of it and copy to your game. You then have to rename it to Basic.cfg

Ive been using it for my new career and have no fatigue whatsoever

If I mod the CFG file, do I need to be in port for it to work? If so, can I mod it while on patrol and get no fatigue on the next patrol?

i think so. When i did it, i was on my second patrol, and never started from port. Just carried on from a saved game.

Thank's guys for that no fatigue mod None at all
I just went in and made the changes to Basic Cfg file following
CWorth instructions change the Fatigue_Coef to =0 on all the comp
I am running Ver 1.4b last patrol I was near Gibraltar finding some
traffic merch and warships coming out of Med. after crew made some
torp reloads and two dept charge attack crew was showing red icons
So i went back to home base with Esc key I am getting tired
of this SH3 Ver 1.4b and fatigue hope this work ready for new patrol 8
out of St Nazaire if SH commander will let me.
Thank's again for that info about zero Fatigue now may be I can enjoy
my patrols .
