Default Narvik Single Mission

I just did the Narvik mission to drop off SF. I searched like crazy for the "deploy" button, tried at depths to the point of the tower out of the water (bad idea) and the XO failed to have any reports.

I finally got out of there to exit without the helos around and the mission said I sank everything, but nothing about the SF.

I searched through the manual for different words and nothing pertinent came up.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Del

For the SEAL team to deploy, the following conditions must apply:
1. The sub is in the blue deployment zone (a small circle marked on the plot).
2. The sub is shallower than 100 feet.
3. The sub is slower than 5 knots.

You should get a message once the sub enters the deployment zone and another once the team is away.

In your attempt, did you meet all the conditions?

Yes, easily.

I do have to say that I was not paying attention to the message board since so much was occurring. I guess I will have to try it again.

I do like the floor and its sloping. I stayed pretty much within 50ft to avoid some of the hounds.

I know that the control room is not depicted, but being able to see a light flash when the hatch opens would be nice. I guess that goes for those that want a control room. I just want info.

Thanks for the info.

I went back. Rather easy. Surprised that the Foxtrot ran and sat next to a beach. No bikini girls on the beach either...

Anyway, no notice of "Skipper, we are at the release area". And nothing at the mission results page.

A little more aggressiveness, and bikini girls for periscope perusing.
