Danish? This puzzles me, as the two files I've downloaded from W-clear's filefront page are plain English (except from the name of the initial folder inside them, which I think is in Chinese). To access it, install the Chinese language pack from your Windows install CD.

(As a side note, it is always a good idea to install all language packs in Windows, as you can never know when you'll find a web page, let's say, in Chinese or Arabic or whatever, and it will crash your computer).

Anyway, after downloading you'll have two .rar files, part1 and part2. You must unrar both of them with a decompression utility - I use Winrar - and you'll get a folder with a weird name (Chinese, I think), but inside it there is a folder named Data.
In the Mods folder of JSGME, you make a new folder named whatever you like (WTO is just a suggestion of mine) and in it you transfer the Data folder obtained from decompressing the two rar archives.
Now you can install it with JSGME.

reference DCB reply, I tried that and it froze JSGME, had to use task manager to close jsgme. I'll try it again though.

Did you get rid of the Chinese writing, by transferring just the Data folder into a new folder of your own?
And did you wait long enough? When JSGME replaces a lot of files - as is the case with any supermod - until it ends his task it'll look like it's frozen. In fact, it is working in the background, but doesn't show no sign of doing it. The only hint is that you'll see your HDD working like crazy - if you have a led for it.

Yes you gotta change the chinese named folder... I just copied the data folder to a new folder named APT - worked like a champ with JGSME... but it takes a long time to load the mod - so be prepared to wait.

Heck... I liked this mod. Good work, w_clear! I hope you are still cleaning up the beta errors and a re-release is coming...
