Hedgehog
March 1943 in Dark Waters. Finally dealing with escorts with hedgehog. When deep they scored not hits but when at lesser depths, they got me. Found a issue with their effectiveness in the mod, took two hedgehog hits and caused no hull damage, no damage at all actually. Obviously, this needs to be corrected.
My understanding is one hit from hedgehog on U Boat and they were sunk or would have to surface. Did any survive a hedge hit to return to base? I am sure once in a while there was a dud or pure luck but surely none survived two hits? |

Yes in real life situation they where a real treat to sub one hole in the hull was or cold be sufficient for seriously damage...worst scenario was obvious sunk or MIA!

That is what I thought. I am modding it to reflect this. Wondering if any got lucky, took a hedhog hit and still made it back to base |

In fact I change a sim or cfg file's however some of the data files in config.. this I did back in the day's to see if I could limit the range for a DD when encountering a sub..and I did that for a response to see a possible outcome for me in a sub and survive and it's work out pretty good.
