Can you have the stock and WoS version on the same computer?

I have downloaded SH5 from steam and have installed TWoS mod. However, I would like to also have available the stock version of the game. I know in Dangerous Waters, you can have multiple copies of the game installed in separate folders and just use one folder at a time.

So my question is: can I have two folders, one for the stock version and one with the TWoS mod, and just use one folder or the other by changing the folders name. That is one folder would have the stock version and be labeled STOCK and another folder would be labeled STEEL and have the TWoS version?
