Silent Hunter II
How many here still play SH2 and DC? Just seeing who is still playing these two old but still great games.

Hi Reinhard, I still play this on a seven year old laptop. It's still a great game!

I still sometimes play DC, since there is nothing else like it. Because there was no dynamic campaign I got bored with SHII - I'd rather play AOD than that one. But I play SHIII, so no.

Still playing SH2.
Atlantik III is due to start up in September, if there are enough players left to make it worth the effort to write missions.

Still play it at times. Right now I have careers going in Pacific Aces, COAD, and SoF, although I must abandon SoF as long as I keep my ATI card. SoF just won't work long enough even with the TrayTools fix. I do have a career in SH4 as well but that's on hold till I get my retro jones worked out.
I also just purchased DC from eBay and await it arrival. This was motivated by the 1914-1918 project which I will look into more as I just 'discovered' it. Buddahaid |
