I used this Mods,when I took the Sreenshots

all Mods could be find in the SH4 Mod Section.I run SH4 vers 1.5 with 1280x1024,4AA and 4AF.

Yes it is, it comes with Lurker's fantastic Operation Drumbeat campaign

You can get it in the SH4 forum, it has a sticky there

Thanks a lot! I'm not into SH IV yet but it great to know my Type VII will be ready! Hate those heavy boats, like the IXD and most of the American ones.
