(My kingdom for a Browser only for subsim forum- And who works)

I really don't know what words I should use in this.

I know Skybird have mentioned it and I have in some comments.

The shortage of food.

One of the reason should be closed border...those thousands of Polish, Romanians and other workers from Eastern Europe who use to take the trip to Germany, Sweden, Denmark and other European countries in the west during spring, summer and autumn was prevented doing so.

In Sweden the government found a solution give the right type of people who have lost their job a 14 days education in either Farming or Forrest industry.
Later the Swedish government made some loophole in this Corona law which gives workers from these countries right to work with Farming and Forrest industry.

Since some days ago, these education have stopped. Reason the people who owns farming and Forrest industry are more interested in workers from Eastern Europe and not Swedish workers.

It's about money and nothing else.

These jobs they do, is something you can learned in a day or two.

So if there should be a shortage of food in Sweden-There's a group of people you can blame-Those who own these farm and forrest.

Just an FYI if anyone is interested in knowing who is developing COVID-19 vaccine and the stage of research.

COVID-19 vaccine tracker

Posted 01 June 2020 | By Jeff Craven

Researchers worldwide are working around the clock to find a vaccine against SARS-CoV-2, the virus causing the COVID-19 pandemic. Experts estimate that a fast-tracked vaccine development process could speed a successful candidate to market in approximately 12-18 months – if the process goes smoothly from conception to market availability.

This tracker lists COVID-19 vaccine candidates currently in Phase 1-3 trials, as well as major candidates in pre-clinical stages of development and research. Information will be updated weekly. If you notice an issue with this data or wish to submit an update, please email Focus at news@raps.org.

Updated 1 June to include new information on Moderna's vaccine candidates.

Watch how many rich people, sports people and VIP's are willing to pay big bucks to get it first?

Then again they could be the first for something to go wrong too

On Tuesday, France officially entered Phase 2 of its lockdown easing. Bars and restaurants reopen – though only the terraces in Paris - a 100km (62-mile) limit on travel has been lifted, and more schools are restarting classes.

Russia has confirmed 8,863 new cases and 182 new deaths, bringing its total number of infections to 423,741. The capital Moscow began lifting its lockdown on Monday, but some say the decision was political.

Czech Republic officials have announced a new traffic light system for travel. Europe is divided into green, amber and red countries with different movement restrictions. Sweden and the UK are both designated red for now.

Montenegro is due to declare its epidemic over. Provided no new infections are reported overnight, it will have gone 28 days without any new cases.

In a nutshell:
Quote:
Findings

Our search identified 172 observational studies across 16 countries and six continents, with no randomised controlled trials and 44 relevant comparative studies in health-care and non-health-care settings (n=25 697 patients). Transmission of viruses was lower with physical distancing of 1 m or more, compared with a distance of less than 1 m [...] protection was increased as distance was lengthened [...]. Face mask use could result in a large reduction in risk of infection[...) with stronger associations with N95 or similar respirators compared with disposable surgical masks or similar [...]Eye protection also was associated with less infection [...] Unadjusted studies and subgroup and sensitivity analyses showed similar findings.
Interpretation

The findings of this systematic review and meta-analysis support physical distancing of 1 m or more and provide quantitative estimates for models and contact tracing to inform policy. Optimum use of face masks, respirators, and eye protection in public and health-care settings should be informed by these findings and contextual factors. Robust randomised trials are needed to better inform the evidence for these interventions, but this systematic appraisal of currently best available evidence might inform interim guidance.

I am surprised that some of the Indian cities have not had more outbreaks than reported

One of the reasons I pointed out, at the start of Covid-19 reporting by countries, the numbers being made public were hinky and just seemed somewhat statistically dubious...

I wonder how the new vapor lock beds are working in Russia?

Sounds like a good plan to isolate patients maybe even space air suits would work with NASA space helmet's.

You know these respirators they have stick halfway down ones throat
