I have never heard of a full game on just the Merkavas, but Steel Beasts Pro has a non playable, AI-controlled Merkava-2.

The Israeli army is notoriously paranoid and extremely secretive, so I doubt that much more will ever make its way into the sim. But eSim would depend on some cooperation - but it most likely will not get it.

However, the sim has the older Centurion, or more precisely the 1972-73 Israeli Sho't Meteor modification of the Mk. 5/2, carrying the famed 105mm L7 cannon, coaxial Browning M1919A4 chambered for 7.62mm, pintle mounted 12.7mm (.50 cal) Browning M2HB machine gun, and lacking the .50 caliber ranging machine gun found on the Mk. 5/1.

Cannot tell you from memory whether it is playable, and if so whether it has a fully modelled interior, but probably not.

There's sadly no sim that currently covers Israeli tank operations beyond the Sho't Kal in Steep Beasts pro.
I'd love to have something where I could play the Sho'ts in 1973 and the M51s in 1967, maybe someday, but unlikely.

I dont know of any either. there should be one in today's market focusing on arab-israeli armored warfare. Starting with M-48's or shermans as the earliest on up. Janes simulations should have pciked this up years ago but ya never know.

The only other thing would be the ofp or armed assualt series as there are Merkavas though not an actual tank sim.
