LWAMI Questions?

I played a few scenarios and I am really thinking that the mod is not active for some reason. Reading through the readme I am not seeing some things in the game that should be there. Is there some way to activate it, and if so how do I do so? Also, if I want to tweak something myself, how do I go about that? I'm sure there is a link for one or both questions, so feel free to beat me over the head with them, please do so in fact. I appriciate the help folks.

Use the JMSGE/whatever the hell the acronym is to enable/disable the mod.

You know the mod is active if upon loading the game you see a distintc intro screen.

If you got the Full version of the LwAmi Mod v3.08 then JSGME should be installed already and a symbol should be on your desktop. To activate the mod just open up the JSGME and then activate the LwAmi Mod and if you want one of the Splashscreens.
