Hi, good points again!

I wasn't that aware of the torpedo ability speed bug, but now I realise that it needs small adjustments. I think the TorpedoSpeed entry must be disabled completely, so that the speed stays the same. Will make a quick fix soon, it doesn't require restart if you apply it.

Yep, thats seconds, seems I have missed translation on that one. So it's 10 minutes and 12 hours.

That is good idea too, I thought about that. But right now all passive abilities are tuned down pretty much, so I think it's already medium. But maybe later. Right now I'm thinking about those unrealistic special abilities, show convoys and contacts as visual. I would like to get better ones to replace them.
