On October 10, 1943, US bombers launched a devastating attack on Münster. 473 civilians lost their lives and large parts of the city center were destroyed. However, the series "Masters of the air", which is shown on the Apple TV+ streaming platform, focuses less on the destruction in Germany and more on the stories of the American bomber pilots.
