Default SCXIIC: Problem with trackers and switching TAs

It seems when I switch TAs my previous trackers do not work, but I cannot assign new trackers either. I cannot deallocate the trackers, since they don't show up. I don't want to drop the contacts. So, it seems that the only approach is to deallocate all TA trackers before switching arrays.

Is that how it is done or am I missing something?

Thanks.

PS: I hadn't noticed this before in SC. Is this specific to SCXIIc, since the TAs are named differently?

This may be a result of the changeover in TAs introduced with SCX. ..But it would seem more realistic surely ?

In MP you would have to seriously consider whether the marginal differences in performance are worth the risk of
losing updates for the period of time involved in the reeling processes. Its like giving all the gunners on a B17 a tea-break.
OK you have Cyl. and Conf. but you lose distance and the Ak is probably standing off bow doors open at missile launch depth.

Your SWs port TA (SCX) has longer range sensitivity than the Ak. .. Why diminish that advantage over her ? :hmm:

The SW plays to her own strengths and minimises the Aks.

Now the more leisurely world of SP is a different matter
