Seal insertion bug

Hello people.

I got a bug to report.
I had the order to insert a seal team into Narvik.
But as I entered Narvik, I could not controll my sub, the UI was gone, the oly thing I could do was pan the camera arround.
The escape buttopn did not work so i had to shut down the game via the task manager.

Do I have to start a new campaign? Because the save is post the new update.

Do you have any mods installed?
If so, try to delete all mission files from it (in the campaign folder).

I got no mod installed.
