Happy Constitution Day
On this day in 1787, the Founding Fathers met for a final time at Independence Hall in Philadelphia to sign the Constitution. Sept. 17 became a national day of observance when Congress passed a bill in 2004, making it a day for Americans to commemorate the Constitution’s signing and to encourage Americans to learn more about their founding documents.
