Default Database Editor Issues

Hello, when I use the database editor to edit mission records on SCS Fleet Command, for some reason it will change the names and objects of different ships by itself. All it takes is to open the mission records editor for this to happen. For example, the Cassard frigates record will change, and it will list the first (of 2) frigates as the Ushakov, a Kirov cruiser while the second frigate is still the Jean Bart FFG. Other times, entire entries will overwrite others. (Like the time Russia ended up with a Nimitz!)

I have scoured the corners of the internet and I think I've read just about 100% of the material online for this editor and yet nobody makes a mention of this happening. I have been using the editor to create new ships, aircraft, weaponry, etc. and adding it into new factions.
