Default A PM with Vendor - A friend of mine and others here on Subsim

Reece, I hope ya have good time with your love of your life (vife) and children. I can see you turn "67" soon, myself done 60 lately (12). A friend of mine told me for a year ago I hope your 60 will be fine, because when he turn 60 for 7 years ago ( same age as you) Hes hole world broke down , with several sickness. I say to him don't worry! So wrong I have, now at hospital at heart center and trying to type with one index finger. I have always be glad for our happy conversation, with plenty of fun. Kiss your vife from me. Have a good time. / Gerald ☺

Hi Gerald, I am so sorry to hear about your heart condition, both me and my wife Jen are praying for a speedy recovery, if I was there I certainly would visit you.
Jen said "what was that kiss for and I told her it was from Gerald, she giggled and said send one back, so I hope you got it!!
What is the problem with your heart if you don't mind saying?
Is it ok to contact other members here or would you prefer to keep it private.
Old age is catching up on me with a number of issues, I have an appointment to see the doctor and hospital for check up but overall am doing well. We have 6 grandchildren varying from 6 to 15 years, all Christian (Lutheran) with good morels, they are our pride and joy.
I hope you are well again soon.

Love,
Reece & Jen.

Feel free to post this, but my name is no longer valid here? my fault. I Think over the years due to work related could for some be a price ya have to pay. I feel ok but still "shake". I also say I have found a Lady on my side (Fredrika) she works with horses every day. Could be my "last love". thanks to yours prayers. Love to Jen and you Reece. Gerald

Hi Gerald, I don't know if I mentioned to you that is how Jen and I met, through horse riding, we both had horses and agisted them at the same place. Oh what wonderful memories, time flies!!
Give our best to Fredrika, it is always nice to have a companion to lean on, you'd best get well soon so that you can both go horse riding together, never too old!!
All the best mate,
Reece & Jen.

So true, life is a true roller coaster. If you choice to post this plz put in you in this, and also my apologies to "a few members" but be aware I have never been rude or something to anyone. It seems ya have to help with gramma mistakes. Regards Gerald

Cant say Vendor and me are closest friends, but then we never had any sort of fight, and I certainly remember his name and recognise him, and he probably recognises mine. Yes, he never was rude to anyone over here. Give him a greet from me, and wishes for health improvement.

Reece, thanks for Posting!

Hello Gerald,
having some probs myself i can relate. As a friend of mine said, the impacts are getting closer. Being around 60 seems to be a dangerous age, best to pass it by fast
I have been riding horses myself for some time (or better: i fell down from them a lot of times), but it was great fun. Glad to hear you have found Fredrika
I hope you recover soon, and completely! Hold your head up, and all the best to you,
Kai

I too just got out of the hospital ... Poked and proded with needles for a week since Oct 1st ... Seems that it's not a good idea to go forty days without sleep.

Fluid backed up in my legs all the way to my lungs and they (the VA) decided the clinic couldn't handle the problem ... So they sent me to the closes Mercy hospital and said that they would pay for the whole thing, but first a little 7 and 1/2 hour wait in ER.

Talk more later very tired also typing with one finger ... Very good thread shows Reece cares ... Shoot I found out more about both of you in one thread than I knew before.

Thanks for posting this Reece. I hope all you guys will be alright. As a 69 year old I can relate. I have had three operations in the last two years. Everything is ok for now but you always wonder what is next. Wishing all you guys the best and keep your spirits up.

All the best Vendor during your recovery. I always enjoyed the news stories Vendor, as our resident Subsim Newsman brought to our attention.

I wish you all the best Vendor in your recovery so that you are able to rejoin us, in short order.
All the best to you as too Reece as you navigate your health issues as well.

Except for the fact that the VA doesn't want to or try to make money off of you, but the real time world they sometimes use does. They haven't treated any o f my sleep disorder problems just the retention of water and have tried snide remarks that maybe it's in my head, duh?

As for Vendor this is a tough group of game players (international game players) smarter than the normal ones and sometimes they don't have time for the same news items you came across. Don't worry about it, don't let them get to you ... We love you we just don't say it all the time like Reece did.

Getting old sucks!! I wish you all good health.
I am a bit worried about Vendor, I haven't had a reply since the 4th, hopefully he is just out of reach of a computer.
