Railworks? Hell no: http://www.railsimulator.com/

* ah right, it's a sequel to Rail Simulator, produced by Kuju, which is the team that made MSTS. Some kind of link there, but definetly no direct tie to MS.

Arclight is the closest, it's actually Rail Simulator by Kuju, I haven't got Railworks yet.

I've owned Railworks for some time now; I'm not even a rail fan, but I find driving a train very relaxing.

Haven't played in a while though, too many distractions, as always.

And now some pics from the front. and today we have some of the forts that poped up ingame. Auray had a fort but I cant find the picture. I didnt have a fort tho, because I played as the panzer elite.

Arc Light, IIRC

Patatos hill, after he started his assult, use to have alot more.

Patatos assult... yea... thats good...

The end results. I took the south of the map, auray, and arc took center, and patato north.
Very intresting match... we had Stalingrad with arc encircled! but we maganed to pull him out of it.
Next, me and arc had a 1 v 1 match.

My positions waiting for him to try to attack. which never happend.

eventualy, after I got my king tiger I pushed a second assult, after the first fiew failed, with the help of the tiger, we got through to his artillary that he was battering us with. Soon after he figured my positins were clear, he made a rush to clear my base and put me out. which were distroyed all times. eventualy I struck back and hit his base. distroying him.

The results.

lol was a good match. tho Im sure my snipers who directed artillary onto his positions got on his nerves tho. had around 3 at one time.

I prefer rushing cheap jeeps. Effective as spotters, though they cant hide and are pretty vulnerable.

For something different: slaying a dragon. Well, shapeshifter... whatever.

A few images from a fleet battle I was involved in last night in EVE Online:

This is a part our our fleet holding at a warp gate

Our fleet preparing to move

Warping to battle

The only image of the battle that I managed to take, since I was too busy shooting people.

Next is an Avatar Titan. The fleet was originally formed around this ship, but it didn't participate in the battle:

Pic taken by a corpmate of mine

And finally some more images of the battle taken by my corpmate:

As you can see there were an awful lot of bad guys. I heard one estimate that we were outnumbered 2 or even 3:1. We managed to inflict pretty heavy losses on the enemy, but were eventually forced to withdraw due to overwhelming numbers. This was just one battle in a continuing war to help our allies secure a region of space known as "Providence", which is currently occupied by pirates and rebels.
