When i was in Goettingen there was a young guy who could play the guitar like nothing i had ever heard before.. in the inner court on the lawn of our hall/dorm(?), used to play together with a friend of mine, beginning with the limehouse blues, and then developing it into the most beautiful variants and new melodies. Played acoustic and then switched to a Les Paul, wish now i would have recorded that. Unfortunately he became a lawyer and gave up playing.

Back to Les Paul guitars..

There is a lot more to the story and I doubt Dusty shot himself in the foot.

I have the Eliminator album and played it a lot. I will have to pull it out since it seems, we all have a lot of time on our hands right now.

When the World gets back to "normal" ( I'm being an optimist

) I wouldn't mind doing a bit of travelling.

California's always held a fascination for me, scenery, music, food, usual tourist traps etc.

Pretty girls singing is always nice too.

If you do come I hope the California Amtrak trains are running ... take the trip from LA to San Diego or up to San Francisco ... You will not regret it.

As for LA itself it is made up of 23 communities and most people just go to Disneyland or Universal Studio's ...
the food is mostly comfort food, hot dogs, hamburgers, Mexican food and of course oriental food.
