Honestly, the museum I do not watch.
Now I checked, push the FW_190 - shows, push SeafireMkIIc - shows, push SpitfireMkVc - CTD.

Uploading a third time, push the FW_190 - shows, push SpitfireMkVc - shows, push the Halifax - show, push SeafireMkIIc - CTD.
Do not understand what's wrong? Maybe want to add the class name to the Museum.cfg file? I doubt that's the case.

Does this mean a ctd is possible in campaign or is that just a problem with the museum? In other words, should we wait for a fix before starting a new campaign with 2.3.1 ?

Nothing to do with OHII. It's just a problem with the museum.

To both gap & Trevally:

I'm really sorry for disappearing on you for a while. Something has borked up with the mine, which refused to work completely in every way possible. It got me frustrated beyond control, so I just walked away for a while to cool off and recharge.

I'll be back and will finish and continue helping, but I think I owe you an apology at least.

Museum ctd's are a symptom that something is wrong with those planes. Imo we must fix them (you never really know what can happen in the middle of a long campaign). In order to narrow down the problem, I would start by stripping down the suspect aircraft to their dat, sim (with only cmdr_ and unit_ controllers) and cfg files + roster entries.

No problem Targor. I know by eperience that modding this game is frustrating most of the times. Glad to see you are back anyway

P.S: have you tried reimporting the mine model in a fresh GR2 file. Maybe the one that you were working on got corrupted?

Did. Many times. Brand new GR2 file, different GR2 files. So far, something, somewhere I'm messing up. That is why I'm letting it sit for a short time before I make it right. And it will, I'm too stubborn to give up.

Had 2 ctd's on the Baltic Campaign with v2.3.1 I am now in the bunker in Kiel. See post #4645 for 1st ctd. 2nd ctd was a saved game I tried to load.

I realized what was happening. Seafire - is renamed Spitfire, AFB_USCVEarlyWar - is renamed Wildcat, they have the same IDs. In the museum seems to simultaneously loaded all planes and ships, so there is a conflict. In the campaign it is almost impossible.

Believe me Serge, understating the impact of duplicated Id's on random ctd's, is looking for problems. Before we go on adding more candies to OH, it is of utmost importance that you track down and remove any other 'non-unique' Id you might have accidentally introduced in your files.

I don't know, I looked its 25 times, all the German planes in a different order, UK planes, US planes, again German, no CTD.
In this plane, I did do anything except add to the game, small adjustment guns and zones.

Is Open Horizons mod tweaking with torpedoes? I started campaign few days ago for the first time with this mod and to this day almost all my torpedoes are dud. The time is September/October 1939 and I know that back then there were some issues with torpedoes but from like 15 shot just 1 (literally: one) wasn't a dud and exploded. I could live with about half of torpedoes dud but not 14 out of 15

I finally got OHII 2.3.1 campaign to start without CTD. If anyone is using an old mod list, check for this mod and remove it.
