Need help

Hey guys I'm new to your website and I'm trying to use some of the mods in SH4 but can't get them to run. I've unzipped them to the SH4 game folder but I haven't went as far as to having to separate the files to the proper folders like I have had to do with some of my flight sim games. Is this were I'm screwing up? Any help you could give me would be great here.....

JSGME - Generic mod enabler. Most mods here are intended to be installed using this nice tool. Give it a try, can be found in the downloads section under utilities as I recall.

Don't forget to read the mod readme files as well.
