I haven't got a clue. Is that the flag of the Aboriginals? That's as much as I have managed to decypher (if I am correct, of course).

The hand belongs perhaps to a statue?

Looks like a street light, the water line of a ship or a brick sidewalk and possibly the shadow of a hand.

I'm looking for where this is not what. It's not a hand but the black object is part of a statue.
