Testing Report:
2.0 GHZ AMD single core 3000+ 1GB RAM 256mb Radon x1600 pro FPS on convoy training mission: 20-26 The water looked much better overall. Enough to excuse the bugs even. Things I did not like: The water looks much better looking away from the sun. Looking towards the sun it is too shiny. Above 7 windspeed everything goes crazy. Especially if SH3 commander adjusts the wave height. I ahve a S.Shot if you want it. Underwater looks great, but on a cleat day when you look back up at the waves from a distance you can see the edge of the waves where they stop being rendered. even at low windspeed the waves clip into each other. No other bugs.

Looks real good! I didn't have time to read the whole thread. I was wondering if this mod is compatable with both GWX2.1, and OLC'S GUI for GWX. I would love to try it, but not without either of those mods

You're probably using SH3 Commander, aren't you? The wave amplitude on my scene is 128, and the normal game is 256, as 320 for GWX. If you set SH3 Commander to fix the wave amplitude on it's options, then you'll have bugs like that. Manually change the wave amplitude for 128 and you'll be fine.

The SH3 Commander sets the wave amplitude, so you have to make sure it's 128. The stock value is 256 and 320 for GWX, but my scene works with 128 only. More than 128 and everything will be fliped crazy. Fix that manually if you use sh3c.

It's in beta-testing yet, so don't expect for a finished product. Lots of flaws yet. Besides, this mod changes the gameplay a tad. Still testing to see if something have to be changed in sensors or configs to match the new environment. That's why I need beta-testers. Lots of people downloaded this mod already, but I have two or three guys reporting back with bugs. I expect more. I don't want somebody to download this mod, try it, find bugs and forget about it. ITS BETA-TESTING TIME!

So well... I like, as looks water and sun in Thomsen's Environment, but I like also effects OLCE. I hope that finally it will be possible to use the best features of each of them.
By the way, what files in this case change water and the sun? Often I simply combine parts of various mods (if they are badly compatible), achieving the necessary result.

Beta-test it for me please. I need a list of bugs and things to fix, I want to release a version of it before the end of the year.
