Default weird op monson behavior

hi guys could you put my mind at rest.

i keep trying various mods and i keep seeing somthing on land that makes me think they are not working properly.

my current install is - (installed in this order)

silent hunter 4 1.5 (gold edition which i bought to try and get rid of this problem)
RSRDC sh1.5 v550
op monsun 705
op monson 705 - 720
op monson 720 patch 1
omegu v300

ok what im seeing is a strange icon on land, i can currently see 4 of them. it looks like a maps ship icon (a square) with another one directly above (joined) it turning it into a rectangle with a line through the centre. the top box looks like it has a cross in it
[x]
[ ] sort of like that.

the 4 i can currently see (remember they are inland!!) are-

30 km SW of Aberdeen
40 km ESE of Dundee
25 km SW of Hartlepool
60 km WSW of Belfast

ive also just noticed if i click on them everyone says (at this moment)

Time 15:20
Unknown
N 000

i started a 1940 career from kiel and its now jan 8th 1940. i fast forwarded time and now the icons time has changed to 17:50 and 2 more of them have appeared East of Stumblehead, one is close to stumble head and the other 60km or so inland.

i have seen this behavior while running TMO with RSRDC is there a problem?

i have reinstalleda dozen times, reinstlled xp and even bought a gold edition to try and get rid of this behavior, searches bring up no mention of it.

im running full real except for map contacts and event cam

please help its driving me up the wall, its like all the ships are spawning inland but its too far to see???

HELP!

is this normal???

1 last thing is there any point running rsrdc mod when playing as nazi in any theatre?

Welcome to Subsim,

To answer your question, no there is no point to run RSRDC when playing the Atlantic campaign.

About the actualy problem, your not talking about shore battery locations on the map are you? could we get a screenshot of what you are talking about?

CRTL+F11 while ingame will take a screenshot and it will save (default save) to your SH4 base directory.

Regards,
Wolf

No there isn't any.

RSRDC exclusively rewrites the campaign for the US in the Pacific, and changes nothing in the Atlantic or for the germans in the Indian Ocean.

Regarding the strange icons you see, it could be it's land based air-units.
