Clue: It's a part of a toy, but it's actually not even used while playing with the toy. It's used most commonly afterwards and occasionally before.

Funnily enough I borrowed one of these from my son a couple of days ago; I wanted something I could use for scraping paint off some plastic toy soldiers - so there's yet another use for it!

Something tell me we had a similar riddle some month ago.

Then it was, if I remember correctly, a tractor with these tracks who was in an angle of 45 degrees.
