It is the rainbow tree Eucalyptus deglupta growing and cultivated from Southeast Asia and Philippines to New Guinea.
I really thought it grew in Australia due to the Eucalyptus species, but no.. sorry for the fuss.
It sure looks like a fictional plant out of the "Avatar" films ..

A comparative newcomer to cultivation in plantations, as the only Eucalyptus species to grow in the humid rainforests, this species is now widely planted throughout the wet tropics of the world.
