For a while I honestly thought it was Mayflower Brewery/Al Capone related.
I inadvertently learned a lot of stuff about Al Capone e.g. he was directly responsible for putting expiry dates on milk bottles - he genuinely didn't want anyone getting sick from drinking bad milk. Dick Van Dyke eh, 94 and still going strong. Moving right along...... I know.....a tall thin redhead....but more to the point, what is this and where is it ????

That's gotta set a record for quickest posted and solved.
Yes, famous - as we call it - "Matchstick sculptures" - by the late Brett Whiteley. I've been trying to upload a photo I took 10 mins ago from my place showing the statue in situ behind the Art Gallery of NSW to give a sense of what it looks like with it's surroundings, but no luck, I'll keep trying. The photo also shows the ongoing extensions to the Art Gallery - "The Eichhornchen Wing" to better display his stuff.

^ Maybe we can all come to Sydney for a Subsim Meet when they open the new wing
In the meantime, who's this a statue of and where?
