Sun size
Hello 7thSeal and furby
So if you do not like some particular size, it is easy to change If you like to change sun size go to Env color files and change SunDiskRelativeSize=1.000000... like this 1.000000 = stock, 0.500000 = too small you can not see it, 0.600000 = ReducedSunSize. 0.800000 = as in polar color file.

Thanks for the update, this was the last one I was waiting on before having all my usual mods up and running with the 1.2 patch.
Haven't started it up yet but I'm guessing we no longer need the reduced sun size patch enabled after this version? Not going to use it (smaller sun patch) just to be sure I don't mess something up. |

Beautiful...
The sky now is stunningly good! Cracking!!
Is it just my wishful thinking, or has the new patch really noticeably reduced the banding now too? Cetainly seems less prominent, or is it just me? Thanks for the quick update Capt. von Keldunk- good work as always! |

One thing I've noticed though, is how the clouds simply "pop" into view from nowhere.
I'm not saying this as critisism of anything as I don't know whether this is attributable to this mod (I don't think so), or the 1.2 game patch or whether this is a stock behaviour. I'm inclined to think that this popup display with the clouds has always been here. Is there any way that this could be modified? I know some game have draw distance options available, is this somewhere in the game files does anyone know? And no, I'm not on TC... |

But it could be my installation/mod soup even... I don't have capture-vid footage to show, but I was on the bridge with a nice clear sky, and no TC, when POW!- clouds just pop into view, fully formed and up close. I suppose too that this may be more evident depending on the "weather" created ingame at the time as well. |

Give loading times a bit more time before expecting the realism is the only thing I'd suggest. |
