Atlantic Campaign for SH4: new release

Hello.

Today here it is the new expansion for the SH4, the CA-24F made by Richi. As required by the GWX Dev Team, there is nothing from the GWX for the SH3 in it.
I have to thank Rubini for his permission to use his files, and to Neal Stevens for all his patient and kindness.

In september the work will continue and the campaign improved
