U 217 (VIID; Kptlt. Kurt Reichenbach-Klinke) reported: No shipping yet met with in EO.

U 618 (Oblt. Kurt Baberg) reported: On 11.1. depth charged by destroyer in CG 5831. Otherwise only neutral shipping.

U 134 (Kptlt. Rudolf Schendel) sighted a convoy at 2300 in CF 3545 on a southerly course, no contact established. As the boats proceeding south were far behind the convoy, it was useless to try to launch an attack.

U 444 (Oblt. Albert Langfeld) sighted a seaplane in AK 6114.
