Default I've tried everything to get this Mod to work!

Is there anyway to change the poster of girl in the office? If there is, post a reply. If not, don't bother. You have spent enough time dealing with me already.

Thanks again!
It just does not work. I do everything that Fred says - the folders are all in their proper place, it just doesn't work. Could it be that my system runs Windows 7 with Microsoft Net Framework 4.0?

What exactly doesn't work? GIEP, or trying to change the wall posters?

Default It works!!

Fred -

O.k. call me dumb but I finally figured out that the artwork, pictures, etc. that are affected by your program are no place on the submarines themselves but on the Captain's desk in the office - where the map, the submarine model, the medals, etc. - when you start a campaign [as opposed to a War Patrol or a Single Mission].

Now all we need is a program to change the artwork in the subs themselves - the picture in the conning tower.

Sorry, good work!!!

Unfortunately, that has to be edited by hand. Those pics are part of files that also have other sub and/or office stuff in them, so you can't just change that with a program.

Default I hope it's not too late to ask for help...

So I downloaded GIEP, but whenever I try to use it, it doesn't work. I followed the instructions, and made sure that all the pictures I used were resized to match with the stock photo, and they're all in the correct format, but it still doesn't work. When I try to access it from the shortcut, it gives me a message in the black window that says "failed to load picture"

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I'm running Windows 7 if that means anything.

Sounds like the program and/or the pics are in the wrong place. Where did you install to?

I installed the mod using the JSGME tool.

I actually was fooling around with the files, editing the file directly in the Captain's Photo folder, and found that the files I wanted to use would work if they were renamed picture.tga, so is there a naming scheme I have to use?

AGIEP has a specific folder that you have to put the pictures in. I forget what it's called because I use my own program now, but it should tell you in the readme for AGIEP.

Yeah, all the files are in the Captain'sGirls folder. I just altered the stock photo in the DATA folder to see if the photos were the problems.
