Default What am I doing wrong... SCXIIc

OkeeDokee,

So I finally got my SC copy in the mail and was all excited to play SCXIIc finally but now can't get the mod to work, its crashing. I followed the installation instructions to a tee.

1. Installed SC fully
2. Patched SC to 108
3. Played a couple of missions to test whether it was working or not and it works great
4. Downloaded SCXIIc.exe and ran the .exe file
5. Double clicked and ran the Install_Graphics.bat file as instructed.
6. Overwrit the controllers.ini file with the SC controllers.ini file as instructed
7. Ran the InstallPlayableSub.exe

And now the game crashes everytime it has to load a 3D model. Even the USNI database crashes as soon as a platform is selected from the right column menu.

Can anyone see where my mistake is? Please help

thanks,
lb
